Here at pstriathlon there is a long tradition of women sandbagging races by racing age-group and then going on to beat pros and place top-10 overall. So let's add a couple more names to the sandbagger list:
- Lauren Harrison had a nice beginning of the season. After getting second in the 30-34 age-group at California 70.3, she followed that up with winning her age-group at Wildflower, with an amazing time of 4:55.
- Lindsey Jerdonek did her first 70.3 last Sunday in Florida and she had one hell of a debut. Not only she won her age-group and the amateur race by over 8 minutes, she also came in at 8th overal, with a time of 4:40. Lindsey is part of the "pstriathlon developmental team".
In other news this week, one of the posse's icons, Danois Montoya, is racing IM Brasil this Sunday. Get the work done, Danny!!!
