Ultimate Coaching Program
Simply put, do you want to get to the next level? Do you want to improve and are not afraid of hard work? The ultimate coaching program is for triathletes who are looking to take their performance one step up. Coach Paulo designs and implements your program with the same attention to detail as the elite athletes he works with.
The Ultimate Coaching Program includes the following:
Training Plan - Schedules are sent through email on a weekly basis. The schedules are based on your life commitments and schedule, making the most of your training time. Includes detailed daily workouts for swim, bike and run, with pace, power and heart rate zones.
Communication - In the Ultimate Program, Coach Paulo becomes your personal accountability partner with unlimited phone calls to review your logs and feedback from the previous week, as well as preview the upcoming key workouts. Daily feedback on workouts is provided and adjustments are made as needed. Phone and email support is unlimited.
Annual Plan – As part of the Ultimate Program, the athlete will receive a detailed outline of the training cycle, building to the goal race. Your annual plan is an overview of the periodization structure, including training phases and off-season focuses.
Personalized Training Intensity Zones - Your personal training intensity profile takes the guess work out of training by having your heart rates, paces, and RPE (perceived exertion) defined for each sport, as well as cycling power for those training with a powermeter. Six training zones are developed through simple field tests to enable workload to be effectively monitored in a variety of training environments.
Bike Fit - The Ultimate Program includes a Triathlon Specific Bike Fit with Coach Paulo.

Premier Coaching Program
Coach Paulo supervises pstriathlon's assistant coaches in designing and implementing your program.
The Premier Coaching Program includes the following:
